Hello from the States!

Greetings from Florida, people! It's currently 11:09 in the evening on the 3rd of July, and all the locals are getting ready for independance day. Me and my family have been going to theme parks and shopping a lot over the past week and a half (today we did 10 hours straight... I nearly died!!!) and we're loving the weather. James Marnell was right, it rains like clockwork over here! It's been ridiculously hot, but every time we go into a shop/restaurant the air conditioning is arctic. In the same day I managed to get sunstroke and a cold. I'm not joking!
We spent the first week in the Universal theme parks, and I bought lots of memerobilia. My favourite rides have been the Jurassic Park ride and the Jaws ride, because they're 100% spot on to what the films are like. I was also brave enough to go on a roller coaster with loops for the first time. The Hulk was the rollercoaster and it was ridiculous. You have to ride it to believe it. So far on the rest of the holiday we;ve gone to Wet'N' Wild waterpark and that's been a laugh.
I hope the pre-production for the feature is going well, and I'm sorry that I'm missing it. I'll see all you guys in a few days (mightily Jet-lagged, I might add) and I'm looking forward to being on a film set again. That's all for the moment.
